As a way to bring their furniture to new cities, Floyd introduced the Housewarming: a brand activation and multi-city celebration of Floyd furniture in the home. With the goal of creating a relaxed retail experience within the setting of a home, I particpated in housewarmings in Los Angeles and New York City, spending a week on-site acting as a Brand Ambassador, meeting with customers, and then providing feedback and insight back to product and customer teams. workspace Floyd’s HQ and Library workspace has evolved over the past five years and I’ve been responsible for the day-to-day, in-person implementation of the brand ethos. In 2021 HQ was renovated as a complete reimagining of the internal dynamics of the headquarters space. In keeping with Floyd’s values of conservation and reuse,&nbsp; Floyd products with slight imperfections were incorporated into the interior, including bed panels perforated for sound absorption and desktops set sideways as dividers.
